Seasons Change...

Dear Friend,

I am quite fond of the fall. I love to see it come, and I hate to see it go. However, I know that seasons ending are necessary in our life. I've even come to understand the bareness associated with winter. It's necessary. It can seem cold, dry and fruitless, but winter is necessary.

As we enter into the winter months, I have found myself saying, "I do not like the cold!" It wasn't until recently that i realized that it's necessary for seasons in our life, for us to experience, the dry places those that seem like "bareness." How else would we learn to appreciate the seasons in our life that are really fruitful. You wouldn't. So today, instead of complaining about the "seasons" in my life, i am reflective of all of the things I have learned and how NECESSARY these seasons are and it's ok when they end!

Ecclesiastes 3:1-22

Daniel 2:21 ESV

He changes times and seasons; he removes kings and sets up kings; he gives wisdom to the wise and knowledge to those who have understanding;

Genesis 8:22

While the earth remains, seedtime and harvest, cold and heat, summer and winter, day and night, shall not cease.”

There is a wisdom for seasons that only comes from up above, you have to be clear and clear to obey.

In Season,

LMJ
